Pesto Sauce
Ingredients:
- 50g fresh basil leaves
- 110ml olive oil
- 75g pine nuts or walnuts
- 2 garlic cloves
- a little salt
- 50g soft butter
- 50g grated pecorino cheese
- 50g grated parmesan
Instructions:
Add all the ingredients in a blender and pesto sauce is ready for our pasta.
